◎ Coach
A weekly session with your coach: an objective read on the week's activity and the whole book of business — what's working, where you're dropping the ball, and what to work on as the owner of a premium consulting firm. Talk it through, then close the session to record your commitments. Between weekly sessions, start a check-in anytime — the coach picks up from the last session's commitments.
ⓘHow this works in the real appexpand
In the real app the coach is Claude, run headless with no external tools at all— it reads only the CRM database (this week's activity, the full pipeline, open items, overdue cadences) plus a private career-design folder, and answers to a fixed persona: encouraging but very direct, grounded strictly in the data. Chat replies extract real CRM updates — say "I sent it" and the item completes; make a commitment and it's recorded — each with a 📌 receipt in the transcript. Closing a session writes a summary and a commitments checklist that next week's session holds you accountable to.
🔒 Live Claude feature — turned off in this demo
In the real app two buttons sit here: the weekly session and an anytime "check in with your coach" — each generates fresh advice from the live database and Darryl's private career-design context, then opens a chat where completions and commitments are recorded to the CRM automatically. The seeded session below is a complete, real-shaped example: advice, pushback, 📌 receipts, and the closing summary with commitments.
It's off here because it runs on Darryl's personal Claude — the locally installed Claude Code CLI under his subscription, with private read-only connectors (Gmail, Zoom, Google Meet/Drive, Calendar) — none of which a public website can or should reach. Rather than fake it, the demo shows finished examples:
Sessions
In the real app the coach reads the CRM database plus a private career-design folder — nothing else — and closed-session commitments feed into the next session so you're held accountable week over week.
