Every contact carries a per-person cadence (e.g. a client every 14 days, a dormant referral source every 180). This view computes days since last touch minus cadenceand sorts by how overdue a touch is — red means the relationship is cooling. Logging any interaction bumps the contact's last-touch date and resets their clock, so the list stays honest without manual upkeep. The top few overdue names also appear on the dashboard as "Due for a touch."
