In the real app, Claude runs headless with a read-only tool grant matched to the source: paste gets no tools at all, Zoom gets recording / transcript readers, Gmail gets thread readers — via the claude.ai connectors already authorized on the machine. It matches participants against the roster, drafts entries in house style, proposes next-action updates, spots open items the content resolves, and flags people not yet in the CRM.

In this demo the analysis is scripted per source. Each sample shows a different trick: the transcript paste closes two open items from the dashboard; the Zoom sample shows fetch-by-description; the Gmail sample turns a redline email into a logged decision. Confirming really writes to the demo dataset — watch the dashboard change afterwards.
