Siryous CRM

✎ Log activity

Turn a meeting, call, or email thread into interaction-log entries on the right contacts — with next actions updated and stale to-dos closed. You review everything before it's saved.

How this works in the real appexpand

In the real app, Claude runs headless with a read-only tool grant matched to the source: paste gets no tools at all, Zoom gets recording / transcript readers, Google Meet gets Drive readers (for the transcript / Gemini notes doc), Gmail gets thread readers — via the claude.ai connectors already authorized on the machine. It matches participants against the roster, drafts entries in house style, proposes next-action updates, spots open items the content resolves, and flags people not yet in the CRM — and you watch its progress live while it works.

Sources in the real app

  • PastePaste a transcript, an email thread, or raw notes directly — no tools needed.
  • Fetch from ZoomDescribe the meeting (“Thursday's session with Grace”) and Claude pulls the recording transcript / AI summary itself.
  • Fetch from Google MeetDescribe the meeting and Claude finds the transcript / Gemini notes doc in Google Drive and logs from it.
  • Fetch from GmailDescribe the thread (“latest thread with Sarah about the retainer”) and Claude retrieves and logs it.

🔒 Live Claude feature — turned off in this demo

In the real app you'd pick a source, describe the meeting or paste the content, and review Claude's drafted log entries before saving. The dated, substance-first interaction logs on every profile in this demo are what that flow produces.

It's off here because it runs on Darryl's personal Claude — the locally installed Claude Code CLI under his subscription, with private read-only connectors (Gmail, Zoom, Google Meet/Drive, Calendar) — none of which a public website can or should reach. Rather than fake it, the demo shows finished examples:

In the real app, Zoom, Google Meet (via Drive), and Gmail access is read-only via existing claude.ai connectors. Nothing is written to the CRM until you confirm on the review screen.
