Where the AI runs and which model does the thinking for Intake, Log, Prep, and Coach. Changes apply to the next run — no restart needed.

These settings live in the CRM's own database: which local model drafts for you (via Ollama), whether Claude is used instead or as a fallback, how hard the coach pushes, the coach's notes folder, and where daily backups go. In this demo you can change them, but no AI runs — the model status below is simulated.

Access

In the real app the CRM only answers on the owner's own computer and every browser needs a private sign-in link (shown here). The public demo has no sign-in.

Tell the AI who you are

The AI writes for Darryl Siry · Siryous Advisors. To change this, edit config/owner.json in the CRM folder and restart the CRM. (How hard the coach pushes, and whether it reads your own notes, is set under Coach below.)

Coach

Backups

A copy of your CRM is saved once a day to backups — none yet. The newest 30 are kept.

Backup folderPoint this at a synced folder (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox) if you want off-machine copies — the whole CRM goes there unencrypted, so that is your call. ~/ is understood.
