🗓 Meeting prep

A 3-minute brief before any meeting: where things stand, what's changed since last touch (checked against your Gmail, calendar, and the web), objectives, talking points, questions, and watch-outs.

How this works — and what the demo simulatesexpand

In the real app, Claude runs headless with read-only Calendar, Gmail, and web access. It reads the contact's full CRM dossier (profile sections, interaction log, live deals, open items), checks the calendar for the actual event, scans recent email for anything newer than the log, researches what changed on the web — and writes a brief with every claim source-attributed inline. "Auto" mode scans the next 7 days of the calendar and preps the most imminent CRM-relevant meeting by itself.

In this demo, briefs are assembled from the fictional dataset — pick any contact to see how the dossier feeds the brief (a pre-generated example for James Park is below). The Gmail/calendar/web sections are marked simulated.

Briefs

In the real app, Calendar and Gmail access is read-only and briefs are stored locally. Delete them from the brief page.
