In the real app, Claude runs headless with read-only Calendar, Gmail, and web access. It reads the contact's full CRM dossier (profile sections, interaction log, live deals, open items), checks the calendar for the actual event, scans recent email for anything newer than the log, researches what changed on the web — and writes a brief with every claim source-attributed inline, while you watch its progress live. "Auto" mode scans the next 7 days of the calendar and preps the most imminent CRM-relevant meeting by itself. Ready briefs download as editable Word docs, and each brief page ends with a "Log this meeting" box for right after the call.
🔒 Live Claude feature — turned off in this demo
In the real app you'd pick the contact (or let "Auto" scan the calendar), add an optional focus, and watch Claude assemble the brief live — dossier, Gmail, calendar, and web checks, every claim source-attributed. The finished example below shows exactly what lands on your screen three minutes later, including the Word-doc download and the "Log this meeting" box.
It's off here because it runs on Darryl's personal Claude — the locally installed Claude Code CLI under his subscription, with private read-only connectors (Gmail, Zoom, Google Meet/Drive, Calendar) — none of which a public website can or should reach. Rather than fake it, the demo shows finished examples:
